Liang Fenghua, deputy director of the Intelligent Driving Institute of Changan Automobile Intelligent Research Institute, said that in the next ten years, Changan Automobile will set up an intelligent research and development team of more than 2,000 people to focus on intelligent development.

Electronics manufacturing is another pillar industry in Chongqing, although the rapid growth of Chongqing's electronics industry in recent years, but the quality of products and added value is relatively low, the lack of core technology and components has been a "pain point". Not long ago, Unigroup signed a cooperation agreement with the Chongqing government to invest 60 billion yuan in the construction of digital TV chips, Unigroup cloud service headquarters and research and development center, mobile intelligent terminal chip design, Industry 4.0 smart factory, integrated circuit headquarters base and high-end chip manufacturing base in Chongqing. This is not only the largest industrial investment project in Chongqing's history, but also will provide strong support for Chongqing's industrial transformation and development.
